The folks over at JoeyandDavid.com thought outside the box and created a spoof of Nissan's '7 Days in a Sentra' ad campaign. Double that and change the vehicle to a Civic and voila. For the Chicago Bears fans (Colts 29-17 Bears), this would be necessary to make up your day.
