Porsche is rumored to be working on a sub-Cayenne model according to Autobild. Like the Cayenne which shares underpinnings with the Audi Q7, the new vehicle, rumored to be named the Roxster, will share underpinnings with the upcoming Audi Q5. They are reporting that Porsche AG has already trademarked the name. In exchange for the Q5, the source reports that Porsche will share technologies of its next generation Cayman and Boxster with Audi for a new roadster rumored to be called the R4.The Roxster will be different from its Cayenne in performance as Porsche will focus more into superior handling and dynamics. There had been inquiries put in by Porsche for another model to accompany the Panamera in its new production facility, and it's very likely the Roxster is the top candidate.
