Renault let it loose today when they released official images of the new Laguna before its official unveiling in Frankfurt this September. The Laguna is Renault's competitor to the Ford Mondeo, VW Passat, and the Opel Vectra.The diesel variant is projected to take account of more than half of the Laguna's sales. The predecessor accounted for more than 70 percent. The most fuel-efficient diesel powertrain in the line-up is a 1.5L 110hp diesel that gets around 46MPG. The new offering from Renault is certainly an attractive one and it departs from Renault's usual quirky styling of the Megane and the last Laguna.
