The folks at Indian Cars Bikes have posted the scans of the brochure of the refreshed 2011 Hyundai i10 for the Indian market today. The Hyundai i10 is an important vehicle for Hyundai in India, so the upcoming facelift is a crucial one for the Korean automaker's position in the Indian market. And by taking a look at these leaked brochure scans, Hyundai appears to have done a good job in updating the i10 for the fiercely competitive segment it plays in.According to Indian Cars Bikes, "The car has been given a 1.2L kappa 2 engine with VTVT technology which develops a peak power of 69 PS. Along with this the car maker is also giving an option of 1.1 iRDE 2 engine. The new 1.2L kappa 2 is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and will give a mileage of 20.36 Kmpl."
New features added to the 2011 Hyundai i10 for the Indian market include side mirrors with integrated turn signals, Bluetooth hands-free connectivity, USB/AUX inputs, driver seat height adjustment and steering wheel mounted audio controls. The instrument cluster is also redesigned with a first-in-class gear shift indicator for better fuel economy.
