Not too long ago, two images of a black Magentis with tapes popped up on the web. Many automotive bloggers and enthusiasts were unsure whether they were shots of the facelifted version of the Magentis or just a fancy showcar based on the current Magentis for next week's Seoul Motor Show. Well, the majority were correct and those shots were indeed the facelifted version of the not-too-long-ago introduced car.
Spotted in South Korea's major international airport in Incheon, a member of BobaeDream took these low-res shots of the new Magentis, undisguised. These shots give us a first detailed look into the unexpected facelift of the competent mid-size sedan offered by Kia.

Continued- Article, more shots
First and foremost, we take a look at the front end and notice a familiar grille design. It hints the Ford three-bar grille, but it blends in very nicely on this car. The rear-end shots show a more civil look from the current Magentis and Kia also does its job there. New wheels are also seen.
Specs and details are yet to be released, but expect the facelifted Magentis, Optima in the US and Lotze (lo-CHAY) in South Korea, to make its global debut in next week's Seoul Motor Show.
