Kia Future Models Timeline Leaked

Kia Kue Concept
Kia's future cars timeline that outlines the release dates of its upcoming cars has been leaked today. It looks 99% genuine, but I advise you to always take speculations with a grain of salt.

For 2008, Kia will commence sales of the Forte on August 22nd and Soul in September. 2009 will bring in a myriad of redesigns or new models. The 2010 Sorento (XM) will be released in March, while the long-awaited 2010 Forte Coupe (XK) will arrive in May. Kia also plans to release an intermediate sedan similar to the Hyundai Azera in August, 2009 (code-named VG). A new C-segment MPV (google "spy shots of Kia Cee'd Plus") will arrive in the fourth quarter of 2009.

2010 will also bring a host of new models into the line-up. The Sportage (SL) will be redesigned, and will be released in February. The redesigned Optima/Lotze (TF) will debut in May, while a new successor to the Amanti/Opirus (CH) will arrive in September. A Europe-only redesign of the Rio (UB) will be released in November. Lastly, 2011 will also bring four new redesigns onto the table. Kia will unveil the full redesign of the Rio/Pride (LB) for the North American and South Korean markets in January. The Morning/Picanto (JA) will be redesigned in April, and the Sedona/Carnival (YP) will fully change in June. The Cee'd will undergo a full redesign (JD) in December.

And no, the stunning Kue Concept will not go into production. Expect some design "kues" to make it onto Kia's production cars, though.
