Kia introduced a limited-production Sorento Sports to its New Zealand line-up. The automaker anticipates the model to be sold quickly.The Sorento Sports adds exclusive features including body-colored running boards, sporty 18-inch alloys with high-performance tires, tinted windows, chrome door mirror caps, upgraded audio system with 6-disc CD changer, tow bar system with detachable towball, and unique Sports badging.
Other equipment that the Sorento Sports includes dual zone climate control, full leather upholstery interior, reversing sensors, electronic stability control with ABS anti-lock braking, selectable 4WD with high and low range, and rear spoiler. It is powered by a 125kW (168 horsepower) 2.5L DOHC CRDi diesel engine, and mated to a 5-speed automatic transmission.
The Sorento Sports is priced at AUD$57,450 (USD$55,163).
